Flutter Entertainment, the parent company of several leading online gambling brands including Paddy Power, Betfair, and FanDuel, will report its full-year earnings on Thursday. During the earnings call, Flutter executives may face questions regarding a potential FanDuel listing in the US.
Jefferies, a global investment bank, stated that a US listing “makes sense” for Flutter, as the company commands a premium valuation in the industry. Flutter is already listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. However, a joint listing in the US could provide the company with access to a larger pool of investors and potentially increase its market capitalization.
