Florida remains in a state of limbo for online gaming as an appeal was denied this week. After the launch lasted less than a month there isn’t a clear sign when sports betting will return. The owners of Magic City Casino and Bonita Springs Poker Room are suing the state, saying the bets shouldn’t have to be processed on tribal land. Back in November, Draft Kings and Fan Duel launched a ballot initiative but it failed to get the required amount of signatures so it is unsure when online gaming will return to Florida.
