The NFL has done a complete 180 in their stance on sports betting as they have realized the amount of growth and of course money that will follow. With that said, the NFL has officially launched the new position of V.P. & G.M. of Sports Betting with the role being assigned to David Highhill, the previous V.P. of Strategy & Analytics. The position will oversee betting to ensure people aren’t betting on games they shouldn’t or fixing games with the goal of maintaining the games integrity.
