The rules in short
- You must be at least 18 to open an account, deposit or enter a contest. In Massachusetts the minimum age is 21.
- You must be physically inside one of the states above at the moment you deposit or enter. The app checks your location each time.
- You can download the app and look at the board from anywhere in the United States. Entering is what is limited to the states above.
- Everywhere else is an Excluded Jurisdiction under our Terms of Service. This list changes as we open new states, and this page is always the current one.
