After the announcement that Kroger would implement betting kiosks in their stores another chain, Acme Fresh Market has been pre-approved. This brings the total pre-approved locations to over 1,100 with majority under regulation by the Ohio Lottery Commission. To apply for a betting kiosk, establishments are required to own a liquor permit.
