BetMGM has announced a partnership in Ontario with the NFL. The multi-year deal will help BetMGM grow closer to becoming the NFL’s official sportsbook partner in Canada as they were one of the first operators to launch in Ontario. The launch of the partnership prior to the NFL season is a smart move should prove beneficial for all parties.

The Massachusetts sports betting legalization bill has officially been signed into law by Gov. Charlie Baker. The official signing means that Massachusetts will begin rolling out services over the next few months. The in-person tax wager for the state will be 15% and the online bets will be 20%.

As restaurants and bars continue to submit applications for betting kiosks in Ohio the grocery store chain, Kroger has decided to join. The new addition of the Kroger stores comes after the company was found to be in the “Type C” category. Sports betting is set to launch in Ohio on January 1, 2023 and the commission will be accepting the companies prior to launch so that they can have their betting kiosks on launch day.
