Fanatics will be expected to qualify as one of the retail sports book operators in Maryland, awaiting approval from the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Commission. If approved Fanatics will join seven other sportsbooks such as Caesars and FanDuel. It is unknown what facility Fanatics would partner with but there are 17 locations designated as options.
