Fanatics has started talking with Tipico about potentially acquiring them but a deal hasn’t been made yet between the two companies as they’re debating the price. Tipico is a rather small sports betting company in the U.S. with only two licenses in New Jersey and Colorado but they are one of if not the leading providers for betting in Germany. If the purchase goes through this will be the third company Fanatics has acquired after buying WinCraft and Topps.
