The Massachusetts House and Senate are coming together on Thursday to negotiate sports betting. Both sides passed their own bills but they are vastly different which is why they must meet to work it out. The House bill would allow betting on college sports but the Senate’s bill would not being much more strict on advertising, taxing, and regulations.
