The decision on sports betting in California could end up in court if voters approve both ballots. The question voters will be asked is yes or no on tribal-backed retail betting and yes or no on online sports betting backed by companies like DraftKings and FanDuel. The concern is whether or not these two ballots can coexist. If the ballots do end up conflicting each other than the court will have to go with the ballot that has more votes.
